Implementation of Community-Oriented Self-Government in Poti and Abasha Municipality

In the hall of the Art School of Abasha Municipality, three workshops on different topics were organized by the Guria Youth Resource Center for the interested people: “ Introduction to Fundraising, Resource Finding” – which was attended by representatives of local community organizations and civic groups; “ Introduction to Small Business– How To Set Up Your Own Business” – with the participation of housekeeping and small business start –ups; “Volunteering and Active Citizenship” with the involvement of public school students from senior high schools of the municipality. The workshops were led by the Founders of Guria Youth Resource Center- Zviad Eradze and Tamar Ghlonti.

The events were organized within the framework of the project - "Implementation of Community-Oriented Self-Government in Poti and Abasha Municipality", which is implemented by the Poti Municipality in partnership with the Abasha Municipality, Guria Youth Resource Center and Student-Youth Council.
